False Positive ToS Restriction Appeal - Antigravity CLI 403

Hello Antigravity team,

My account appears to have been incorrectly restricted by an automated Terms of Service enforcement flag.

I received:

“Eligibility check failed: PERMISSION_DENIED (code 403): This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service.”

I already submitted the official appeal form more than 72 hours ago, and I also submitted feedback through the Antigravity IDE.

Error ID:
b7e3c773417844f89571a66144ca9d..

Trajectory ID:
cafa9d86-0e08-49a1-9b6c-326620f8cf..

For context, I have not used OpenClaw, OpenCode, third-party OAuth integrations, unauthorized wrappers, or resold any AI services.

My usage was limited to the official Antigravity IDE/CLI for personal development and testing. I was working on a local experimental browser project using normal local development workflows and running my own code locally.

I believe this may be a false positive. Could the team please review my appeal and confirm whether my account can be restored?

Thank you.

I’m using the Gemini API in Hermes-Agent, and all I’m getting is false information stating that my limit has been exhausted. In my opinion, the breach of the ToS isn’t down to the API itself – enough of these strong denials that it wasn’t being used – but rather down to the content or purpose of the project, which may also fall foul of the ToS.
