Hi Google Team & AI Studio Advocates,
My AI Studio web app container was automatically flagged and suspended with the message “App suspended for abuse” immediately following an unhandled build process timeout (~11 minutes) in the sandbox. The documentation link to “Contact Support” directs to a 404 page, so I am reporting it here for manual review.
App & Project Details:
- App ID: 6b5ab724-9bec-431a-8489-681fedda1533
- Associated GCP Project ID: river-axle-zn5..
- Firestore Database ID: ai-studio-masterledgerimut-6b5ab724-9bec-431a-8489-681fedda15..
- Owner Account: gu…@gmail.com
Context:
This application is an internal administrative school tuition fee ledger (Master Ledger IMUT) built using React, TypeScript, and Google Cloud Firestore. It manages student fee structures, installment pipelines, and academic year calculations.
No public scraping, malicious payloads, terms-of-service violations, or abusive actions were performed. The automated watchdog flagged the container solely due to the sandbox execution hang/timeout. All backend Firestore collections remain active and intact in our GCP project.
Could an administrator or community manager please escalate this container ID to the Trust & Safety / AI Studio engineering team to clear the false-positive flag and restore access to the workspace?
Thank you,
Gustie Teguh Muttaqien
