If the package name is formatted incorrectly for that specific endpoint, it fails.
Does the issue persist after a full log-out and log-in, or in a different browser?
Check if any Browser Extensions like AdBlockers or privacy-focused scripts are blocking the creation of Blobs or Web Workers. Testing in an Incognito window is the fastest way to test.
If you would please, pin specific versions for the external dependencies in the code rather than using @latestlatest. For example@1.0.0 use @1.0.0 @latestnstead of @latest.
