Failed to load app

Hi everyone,

I am consistently hitting a “Failed to load app” error when trying to use the preview/managed app feature in the new AI Studio. Clicking “Retry” simply reloads the same error message.

Details:

  • Error Message: “Failed to load app” with a red exclamation icon.

  • Date: February 18, 2026.

  • Troubleshooting performed: I have tried clearing site data, cache and refreshing, but the loop persists.

Has anyone found a workaround for this today? Is this a known outage related to the recent Gemini 3 framework updates? Feb 18th, 2026.


I’m having the same problem. IA Studio asked me to update, now the app won’t open, and Gemini just keeps thinking and never finishes the prompt.
