Title: Error #3501 – "You do not have a valid license" on personal Google account
Dear Google Support Team,
I am encountering the following error when trying to use Antigravity CLI:
⚠ You do not have a valid license of this product. Please contact your administrator to request a license. If you are not an enterprise user and believe you are receiving this message as an error, please try using the latest version and logging in again. (#3501)
Error ID: 535f622c540a41d3ad449b70dedc...
Trajectory ID: 74ea0e0c-4d73-411b-9998-e1ec1229...
Details:
- Account type: Personal Google account (not enterprise/Google Workspace)
- Country version: United States (confirmed via policies.google.com/terms)
- Network: Connected via VPN with TUN mode, IP shows as United States
- Subscription: None (I understand there is a Free Tier during public preview)
- OS: Windows 11 (64-bit)
I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of Antigravity CLI
2. Cleared all config files in ~/.antigravity and ~/.gemini
3. Revoked and re-authenticated my account
4. Restarted my terminal and PC multiple times
The issue persists. Based on community discussions, this appears to be an account routing issue where my personal account is being incorrectly routed to the enterprise license validation flow.
Could you please review my account's identity routing configuration and manually correct it if necessary?
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
