“Eligibility check failed: PERMISSION_DENIED (code 403)” appeared while using Antigravity CLI

Hello Google Antigravity Support Team,

I am writing to formally request a manual review of my account access to the Antigravity CLI. I have been a regular user of the CLI for my development workflow, but my account recently encountered a 403 restriction with the following error message:

“Eligibility check failed: PERMISSION_DENIED (code 403)”

I believe this flag is a false positive or an inadvertent trigger. I use the Antigravity CLI strictly for legitimate development purposes and have not intentionally violated any Terms of Service.

To ensure everything on my end is fully compliant, I have already taken the following actions:

  1. Stopped any automated local scripts/extensions that might be interfering.
  2. Checked my Google Account permissions.
  3. Cleared local CLI cached credentials to prevent any unintended repeated backend requests.

I sincerely appreciate your help in reviewing this case. Please find my environment details below:

  • Account Email: m…@gmailom (This is the account I am currently using to post)
  • Tool: Antigravity CLI
  • Operating System: Windows 11

Could you please manually review my account and kindly restore my access?

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Best regards,

Hi Support Team,

Just following up on this issue. My forum account hold was lifted a few days ago (thank you for that), but I am still experiencing the 403 PERMISSION_DENIED error when trying to use the Antigravity CLI.

The issue seems to be with my underlying account permissions for the tool, not just the forum. Could someone please kindly review my account?

Thank you!
