Does the Rate Limits affect the Monitoring job status?

I want to use batch-mode and now I have rate limit 10k RPD (requests per day). When I created batch-mode requests can I do as many status checks as I want? Or I can check <10k times per day?

10K RPD (infact all rate limits) are only for model inference not for status
so to answer your question , yes , you can do as many status checks as you would like.
