PC crashed, 4 conversations permanently lost. Encrypted chat files still exist in AppData but Antigravity can’t reopen them — encryption keys died with the process.
Artifacts (.md files) survived because they’re plain text. Only the encrypted chat data is bricked.
Fix: Derive encryption key from user’s Google account, not an ephemeral session. Or persist to Windows Credential Manager.
