[CRITICAL BUG] Pro Quota Sync Failure: Timer jumped to 7-day lock at zero hour

@admin

Hello Support Team,

I am writing to report a critical backend bug with my account following the recent Antigravity 2.0 update. My subscription credit pool was approximately 40 minutes away from its standard reset when the countdown suddenly glitched, skipped the reset entirely, and slapped my workspace with a severe 7-day lockout timer.

This is an unprompted, automated penalty lock that completely bricks my development workflow, and based on developer forums, it appears to be a known validation bug tracking with the new Shared Quota rollout.

Beyond this immediate technical glitch, the transition to the 2.0 update has severely compromised the value of my service. I specifically paid for a yearly subscription because I was satisfied with the generous, independent credit allocation and the separate ā€œFastā€ model limits available at the time of my purchase. Forcing my account into a shared pool that aggressively drains my weekly allotment—and now locks me out for a week—violates the terms under which I committed to this annual plan.

I am requesting two immediate actions from engineering/support:

1. Manual Account Reset: Please clear the erroneous 7-day lockout on my account backend immediately so I can resume working.

2. Quota Grandfathering: Because I am on a pre-paid annual contract, I request that my account be grandfathered into the legacy 3.1 Flash quota equivalents or provided with a permanent token override to match the capacity I originally paid for. If this cannot be accommodated, I will need to look into a prorated refund for the remainder of my annual term.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to a swift resolution.

Subscription Tier: Annual Pro Plan

Same here bro, yesterday was lefting only 9 minutes to refresh and pum, when i saw again, 7 days to refresh quota limits!!

IĀ“ve also chat with ā€œsomeoneā€ on the one.google help assistant, they told me they canĀ“t manual reset this, that i need to wait 24 or 48 hrs…

The worst thing was i upgrade my subscription so i could reset those quota to 100% again… and guess what? They didnĀ“t.

So, i“m paying more, and can“t work!

As you and me… read the forum coments, do not know what to do, back to vscode, go to claude, to cursor.. disaster.
