Copy Google Stitch to Figma problem

Is there a problem with copying UI design from Stitch to Figma?

Hey @Inthraporn_Aranyanak, thanks for reaching out! Could you please try switching to the 3 Flash model and check if you are able to export it? If even that fails, please try downloading your project as a .zip file and then importing it into Figma. This issue generally happens if a screen contains an exceptionally dense collection of layout tokens, embedded images, or deeply nested frames (like massive hero sections), causing the exported layout code to exceed the browser’s standard system clipboard buffer limits.

It is fixed! thank you I actually used 3 Flash model and I didn;t really do anything else just close the browser and sign in again, then I can export the design to Figma no problem now. Thank you for your reply and advice!

Glad to hear that worked for you!

The issue is still happening after several hours and is preventing me from continuing my project.

Hello, I am still unable to export my Stitch designs to Figma.

Every time I click Export → Figma → Convert, I receive the following message:

“Could not copy the design. Please try again later.”

The issue has continued for several hours. I have already tried different browsers, private browsing, logging out and reconnecting, exporting only one screen, and testing another project, but the error still appears.

My account displays Daily Credits: 0 / 400. I am not sure whether this indicates a credit issue, an account restriction, or a problem with the Figma conversion service.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Could the Stitch team please check my account or the export service?

I will attach screenshots of the error shortly.

Thank you.

Thank you very much for your help and for sharing the solution.

I closed the browser completely, signed in again, and the export to Figma is now working correctly with the 3 Flash model.

Your reply was very helpful. I really appreciate your support. Thank you again!
