Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out because both my partner and I are currently unable to use the platform, and we are beyond frustrated. We both have Google Ultra subscriptions (€275/month), and for the last two days, our entire workflow has been paralyzed.
The Situation:
It started yesterday with a strange error on the very first prompt. After clicking “Retry” multiple times, the error message changed. Upon checking the Debug Copy, I realized my home IP had been temporarily blocked.
While the IP block eventually lifted, the service has been broken ever since. Today, it is completely impossible to work. Every single model—Flash, Pro, even Claude—instantly returns a 503 Error and asks to “Retry.”
Important Context:
-
No Automation/Bots: To be absolutely clear, we are not using any bots, scripts, or automations.
-
Use Case: We are both manually working on basic static frontend websites. We are simply prompting for standard code snippets and layout adjustments.
-
Troubleshooting: We’ve tried full software reinstalls, clearing registries, using a VPN, and even switching to a mobile hotspot. Nothing works.
Since this is happening to two separate Ultra accounts in the same household, I need to know:
-
Is there a known widespread outage with the “Antigravity” infrastructure that isn’t being reported?
-
Have our accounts or hardware been mistakenly shadow-banned or flagged by a rate-limiter due to the initial retry loop?
-
Is anyone else experiencing this specific 503 cycle today?
As a paying customer at this price point, losing two days of professional workflow is unacceptable. I feel like I’m paying for a premium service that is currently a brick.
Should I expect a fix, or is it time to cancel the subscription? Any insights from the community?
