same here ridiculously ….
on Ubuntu 24

exactly i have same error

Same issue here. How to solve it ?

Same issue and no one to say what is happening.

Same here on Windows 10

Suddenly started having this issue as well. It happened almost immediately after I turned off Tab suggestions/autocomplete, not sure if it’s related or not. But now even after turning it back on, these errors fire repeatedly every few seconds.

Happens to me as well. Win 11

Here too, on Ubuntu 22. Downdetector is also reporting problems with Gemini. It might be related.

Same here, windows 11.

Joining the club – after weeks of working now this error on Windows 11. Nothing I tried worked. I guess the issue is not on my side.

the same erro -

same in linux mint xfce

I solved it using Gemini

If you are getting the Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:... and trying to fix it via terminal (using sudo xattr or chmod) results in a long list of xattr: [Errno 1] Operation not permitted, stop trying to force it via terminal.

This happens because macOS (especially on M3/M4 chips and Sequoia/Sonoma) has flagged the app’s internal binaries as compromised/corrupted, locking them down at the kernel level. Even sudo cannot bypass this.

The Solution (Takes 2 mins):

  1. Delete: Move the Antigravity app to the Trash and Empty the Trash (This is critical to clear the security flag).

  2. Download: Get the latest Apple Silicon version from the official site.

  3. The Secret Step: Do not double-click the app to launch it for the first time.

    • Right-Click the app icon.

    • Select Open.

    • Click “Open” on the system dialog.

This forces macOS to re-verify and whitelist the new binary signatures, allowing the local server ports to open correctly.
