When I first started using gemini, it worked for a few requests, however, once I hit the ratelimit that day, I was never able to make a request to any model on the gemini API ever again.
A few month’s passed by, and I tried to set up an n8n worfklow that edits an image for me using Nano Banana on the 2.5 flash model. I made a new project, createad a new API key in that project and set it up. (I’m on the Free tier btw, but I have Gemini Pro subscription).
As soon as I made that first request, I instantly got a 429 error. How to fix this?
