Can't get in to AI Studio

It starts, then immediately kicks me out to https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/docs/available-regions.

Haven’t changed location (US), am 59 yrs old, using my Google account… What else would cause me to be kicked to the documentation for “available regions”?
