Cannot drop files into folders within file explorer

Hey there! There is something very annoying happening:
As in VSCode, it used to be possible to just drop files into a folder within the File Explorer.
It does not seem possible anymore. Even with the AI panel hidden, anywhere I try to drop a file it thinks I want to share it with the Agent.

You can see in my screenshot how I’m hovering over the File Explorer, the AI Agent panel is closed, and the overlay for dropping to agent still grays out everything. This makes absolutely no sense. It should only happen when we hover it over the AI Agents panel.

I urgently need this changed; it’s too annoying having to do an extra step for this.

Thank you for flagging this issue. We recommend updating to the latest version (i.e, 1.19.6) of Antigravity and checking whether the issue still occurs. Please let us know if the problem persists after updating.

This is still an issue in 1.20.5
Identical symptoms as the OP. It should allow you to drop in the Explorer -OR- the Agent.

For those of us transitioning from VS Code to Antigravity, not ideal.
