I have cancelled my Google AI Pro subscription due to ongoing issues over the past few weeks and my whole team will do the same.
The Antigravity IDE problems, combined with unexplained AI quota and credit consumption, resulted in my whole team accounts being locked for day, even when no active usage occurred. There has been no meaningful transparency or clear explanation of how usage is calculated or why access was restricted.
For a paid AI service, this lack of clarity, accountability, and respect for customers is unacceptable.
I will be submitting detailed feedback to my company and, based on this experience, will no longer be using Google products.
Hi @thomastran
Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. Please be assured that I have shared your feedback with our internal team for further review.
We appreciate your continued patience as we work to enhance the Antigravity experience.
Yeah. I’ve cancelled it too today. I will probably downgrade to Plus tier, or just Free. To be honest without Antigravity whole Google thing is useless for me.
Once I figure out how, our group will be cancelling as well. The need to work each day is constant and being blocked for 5 days for every 6 days does not a business relationship make.
Now after cancellation I personally will try Claude, Codex and Windsurf. Also my firm is going to set own LLM, so maybe we will not be locked in by some other greedy company.
Are you all going to put out a statement while “fixing” the problem. Myself and others have contacted antigravity-support@google.com with no response of any kind.
I’ve already submitted feedback and even contacted support through Google One, but the response I got was useless no explanation, just a generic bot message saying “Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention…” It really feels like paying customers are being dismissed.
