Can I use free-tier Gemini TTS audio in monetized YouTube videos?

I use Google AI Studio directly with the Gemini 3.8 Flash TTS model on the free tier.

I am creating original Telugu financial education videos for my YouTube channel, WorthDecoded. I write my own scripts, generate Telugu voiceovers using Gemini TTS, and add my own editing, visuals, animations, and sound design.

I plan to upload these videos to YouTube and earn advertising revenue through the YouTube Partner Program.

Could you please clarify:

1. Am I permitted to use audio generated with the free-tier Gemini TTS model in monetized YouTube videos?
2. Does the free-tier licence permit this commercial use?
3. Is attribution to Google or Gemini required?
4. Are there any restrictions specific to AI-generated voice audio used in monetized videos?

Please clarify based on the current terms applicable to Google AI Studio and Gemini TTS.
