Hi everyone / Support team,
I’m experiencing a severe issue that is preventing me from using the platform. Over the last 4 days, I’ve only been able to use the service for about 15 minutes in total. in my ultra subscription
Whenever I try to use a model, the request fails with an “HTTP 429 Too Many Requests” error. However, as you can see in the attached screenshot, my dashboard clearly shows that all my model quotas are completely full.Here is the error log I intercepted:
Error details: Error: HTTP 429 Too Many Requests TraceID: 0xc4f690e81938da12 Headers: {"Alt-Svc":["h3=\":443\"; ma=2592000,h3-29=\":443\"; ma=2592000"],"Content-Length":["139"],"Content-Type":["text/event-stream"],"Date":["Thu, 26 Mar 2026 13:46:53 GMT"],"Server":["ESF"],"Server-Timing":["gfet4t7; dur=839"],"Vary":["Origin","X-Origin","Referer"],"X-Cloudaicompanion-Trace-Id":["c4f690e81938da12"],"X-Content-Type-Options":["nosniff"],"X-Frame-Options":["SAMEORIGIN"],"X-Xss-Protection":["0"]}
JSON Response: { "error": { "code": 429, "message": "Resource has been exhausted (e.g. check quota).", "status": "RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED" } }
Since my personal quotas are untouched, I suspect this is either a global API limit issue on Antigravity’s end or a severe desync bug with my account.
Could support please look into this TraceID and fix the desync? It’s very frustrating not being able to use a service I rely on.
Thank you in advance for your help.
