Issue Description:

My account is correctly identified as “Pro” within the Agent Manager; however, the 5-hour rolling refresh cycle is not being honored. Instead, I have been placed on a multi-day “Weekly Baseline” lockout typically reserved for Free Tier users.

Technical Observations:

My usage was within the standard burst limits, but the reset timer jumped to 4+ days immediately.

I have verified that I am using a Personal workspace and not a shared Team/Enterprise pool.

Age verification is complete on my Google Account, but the Pro-tier refresh logic is still inactive.

Requested Action:

Please perform a Manual Quota Reconciliation for my Account ID to restore the 5-hour “Sprint” refresh cycle and clear the current multi-day lockout.
