Dear Antigravity Support Team,
I am writing to report a persistent authentication issue I encountered while setting up my account on the Antigravity desktop client.
Issue Description: After clicking “Sign in with Google” and successfully completing the login process in my browser, the client fails to synchronize. It displays the following error message:
“There was an unexpected issue setting up your account. Failed to exchange authorization code for token.”
Environment Details:
-
OS: Windows 11
-
Network: Using AdGuard VPN (Tun mode enabled).
-
Browser: [請填寫你的瀏覽器,例如:Chrome / Edge]
-
Region: Taiwan
Steps Taken:
-
Launched Antigravity client and selected “Agent-driven development” mode.
-
Clicked “Sign in with Google”.
-
Successfully logged into my Google account via the external browser.
-
The browser attempts to redirect back to the client, but the client remains unresponsive and eventually shows the “Failed to exchange token” error.
Request: Please investigate this issue and consider releasing a hotfix or a revised version to improve the reliability of the OAuth callback mechanism, especially for users in complex network environments. If there is a manual workaround or a specific configuration I should adjust in my network settings, please let me know.
I have attached screenshots of the error for your reference. Looking forward to your response and a resolution.
Best regards,
