[BUG] Google AI Pro - Baseline quota refresh showing multi-day lock instead of advertised 5-hour reset in Antigravity

same bug here, i’m pro and not used gemini in last 2 days and got the same issue :frowning:

Im holding my payment until this gets adressed. I’m not paying $20 a month for a 4da/mo access.

Yesterday evening before closing the laptop I’ve did this screenshot with the time.

In this morning I’ve opend the Antigravity and this is whas was looking like:

And, YES I’ve refreshed the numbers many times.

It is a bug or it is a feature?

Hello everyone!

To provide you with greater control and a seamless path to scale, we are evolving our Google AI plans by introducing built-in AI credits that can now be utilized directly within Antigravity.

Under this updated structure, our Google AI Pro tier is tailored for practical builders, offering generous limits for Gemini Flash alongside a baseline quota to experience our most advanced premium models. For developers operating at the highest scale who require consistent, high-volume access to our most complex models, Google AI Ultra serves as the ideal comprehensive solution.
Furthermore, we’ve designed these plans with maximum flexibility in mind; if you are on the Pro plan and require additional capacity or deeper premium access for intensive development sprints, you can seamlessly top up your AI credits to customize your limits and continue shipping your best work without interruption.

Hello,

For the AI Pro Plan, it was advertised that the usage limit resets every 5 hours. However, in our case the reset has been delayed for up to a week. Even after waiting for the timer to finish, the timer simply resets again for another week instead of restoring the usage limit as expected.

We would like the limit system to function properly according to what was advertised. Once the limit system works correctly again, we can decide ourselves whether we need to purchase additional AI credits.

If the AI Pro plan does not operate according to the stated 5-hour reset policy, then it creates the impression that users are being charged for a service that is not being delivered as promised.

Please clarify this issue and restore the limit system so it works as intended.

Hello,

This announcement reads like a marketing message, but it completely avoids addressing the real concern many Pro users are raising.

What we are experiencing in practice looks very different from what the Pro plan was advertised as when we subscribed. Quotas appear to be exhausted far sooner than expected, even under relatively light usage, and the resulting lockouts make it impossible to rely on the platform for real development work.

At the same time, the messaging increasingly emphasizes purchasing additional credits or upgrading to Ultra. From a user perspective, this creates the impression that the effective capacity of the Pro tier has been significantly reduced after people have already subscribed.

In practical terms, many of us now see:

  • drastically reduced usable capacity on the Pro plan,

  • quotas being exhausted almost immediately compared to previous expectations,

  • and strong pressure to either purchase additional credits at a higher effective cost or upgrade to a much more expensive tier.

Framing this as “greater flexibility” doesn’t change the reality of what it feels like from the user side. When the usable capacity of a paid plan suddenly drops and the main path forward becomes paying significantly more, it starts to look less like a feature update and more like a bait-and-switch pricing model.

Personally, I subscribed to the Pro plan under a very different expectation of what the service would provide. With the current behavior of quotas and lockouts, I honestly feel misled — and frankly, badly cheated. Very badly.

If the product offering has fundamentally changed, it would be far better to acknowledge that openly rather than presenting it as an improvement. I didn’t pay for this, just for something else that was promised and worked differently.

Right now, the situation simply looks like users are being pushed to pay significantly more for the same level of usage they previously expected from the Pro plan.

Users are getting their model quotas drained without even using the tool. I will simply cancel my subscription and use something else if this isn’t fixed soon.

Still looking for a solution. I need to get to work

Same problem here. Hate this disrespect for users. When fix ?

Hi all,

3 or 4 days ago i posted above - about quota limit and that it will refresh in 23 hours

today 15th march when i opened antigravity it is showing the attached screenshot. strange - as 4days ago it was showing that it will refresh in 23 hours and 47 minutes - but then i enabeld ai credit usage as i was almost done with a task and then I never used it and opened antigravity today.

Not sure what is the problem - as i used the ai credits to complete some tasks and closed antigravity - i opened it today and it still shows quota as not refreshed. ?

What can we do about this ? anyone from antigravity team can provide some feedback ? thanks

So I got blocked for 5 days. That block ended, and without doing anything, I’m now hit with another 6-day block. What’s going on? I have a Pro subscription—why am I getting back-to-back blocks for no reason? When will this be fixed?

This is totally … by Google, just ask for a refund and they refuse saying,

We hope this email finds you well. Thank you for contacting Google Play Support.
