[BUG] Critical Quota Error - Claude Sonnet 4.5 Incorrect Multi-Day Lockout for AI Pro Subscriber

I am reporting a critical quota synchronization error in the Antigravity IDE. I have an active Google AI Pro subscription (claimed via the 18-month Jio offer), yet I am being locked out of Claude Sonnet 4.5 as if I were on a Free Tier account.

Details of the Issue:

  • Account Tier: Google AI Pro (Jio Offer Active).

  • Expected Behavior: According to the December 5, 2025 announcement, Pro subscribers should have a 5-hour refresh cycle for Claude models.

  • Actual Error: I am receiving the message: “You have reached the quota limit for Claude Sonnet 4.5. You can resume using this model at 28/01/2026.”.

  • Error Duration: This is a 4-day (96+ hour) lockout, which contradicts the documented 5-hour refresh policy for my tier.

Yes even I have subscription managed by Jio for 18 months for which I pay monthly plan and found myself getting locked out of the claude-sonet 4.5 like a free account, dont understand whats the point of this subscription

I can confirm this.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have escalated the matter internally for a thorough investigation. Any additional context or visual documentation you can provide would be greatly appreciated as we work toward a resolution.

happens when starting it, it’s impossible to authenticate, even logging out and in again doesn’t work

I’m experiencing this same problem. I’ve been locked out of Claude for over week now. Every time I get to the date it’s supposed to refresh, it just starts the “lock out” again.

I’m on the AI Pro plan and things had been running fine for a while, so it hasn’t always been this way. The image above was just captured, and I haven’t even used any AI services that should impact this since last night (easy 15 hours ago). I have full access to Gemini Pro High/Low and Flash.

I’m happy to share more information if there is something specific that would be more helpful.

I had a few images showing my limits, but had to remove them to post this. I’m apparently under a restriction for being a new user.

iam also facing same issue , now . Is it got resolved?
