Hi,
I’m experiencing an issue where a conversation is missing from the Agent Manager sidebar, despite all associated data being present on disk.
Environment:
- macOS (Apple Silicon)
- Antigravity: latest stable (as of Feb 2026)
Symptoms:
- A conversation I used extensively over multiple days has disappeared from the Agent Manager.
- The conversation .pb file (25.6 MB) exists in ~/.gemini/antigravity/conversations/
- The brain/ folder for this conversation contains 253 files — all intact.
- The annotations .pbtxt file also exists with a valid last_user_view_time.
Context:
- During the session, I hit a quota limit and briefly switched to a different agent before returning.
- After that point, the conversation stopped appearing in the sidebar.
Troubleshooting tried:
- Full app restart — no change
- Full Mac restart — no change
Questions:
- Is there a known way to re-index conversations so they appear in the Agent Manager again?
- Has anyone found a workaround for this issue?
I’ve seen similar reports in this forum (conversations disappearing after updates or undo operations). My .pb file is intact, so it seems like a UI index issue rather than data loss.
Any pointers would be appreciated. I’ve also submitted this via in-app feedback and a support ticket.
Thanks!
