Hello Antigravity Team
I am experiencing a problem with Antigravity CLI (agy) on Windows. The CLI launches successfully, and the Google Sign-In process completes without any issues, but after authentication the eligibility check always fails
The error message shown in the CLI is:
⚠ Eligibility Check
⎿ Eligibility check failed: unknown reason
After this error appears, I cannot use the CLI. If I try to send any message, the eligibility check runs again and returns the same error, completely blocking all interaction
Environment:
OS: Windows 10/11
Antigravity CLI version: 1.1.3
Account: s...@gmail.com
Selected model: Gemini 3.5 Flash (Medium)
I have already tried several troubleshooting steps:
Logged out using /logout and completed the Google Sign-In process again
Deleted cached OAuth tokens and local configuration files from the Antigravity/Gemini CLI folders and performed a clean reset
Reinstalled and restarted the CLI
Tested the connection with VPN/proxy enabled and disabled
Checked my Google account region and Terms of Service settings
The issue remains after all these steps
Could you please check my account eligibility status and backend logs to see why the eligibility check is failing? The problem looks like it may be related to the backend entitlement system or the loadCodeAssist eligibility request rather than a local installation problem
I would appreciate any information about the reason for this failure and whether there is any account restriction or eligibility issue preventing me from using Antigravity CLI
Thank you for your help
