BUG: All Gemini models disappeared from Antigravity IDE (Only Claude available) - AI Pro User

Is anyone else experiencing a complete outage of Gemini models in the Antigravity IDE today?

I have an active AI Pro subscription, but as of today, all Gemini models have vanished from my model picker. The only model currently showing up as available is Claude.

I’ve already tried the standard troubleshooting steps:

  • Signed out of the IDE

  • Completely killed the app and background processes

  • Relaunched and signed back in

None of this forced a model list refresh. Because logging out and back in didn’t fix it, this seems like a server-side entitlement glitch or API sync issue.

Has anyone else run into this today, or found a workaround that doesn’t involve wiping the local .gemini directory and losing MCP configs?

Appreciate any insight or acknowledgment from the Antigravity team.

Observation: Even if we update antigravity IDE to latest version we get access only to `Gemini 3.8 Flash` model & 3r party - Claude & GPT.

Solution: Something that worked for me is deploying the Antigravity App ( Google Antigravity - Antigravity app ) on the workstation besides Antigravity IDE ( Google Antigravity - Antigravity IDE ). The Antigravity IDE contains missing Pro & Argo models.

Workaround: for migrating conversations(memories), rules, other artifacts:

  1. either ask Antigravity App to import from Antigravity IDE (one timer doesn’t warranty all artifacts will be exported due to session context rot… when the antigravity brain has data volume over the context window limit)
  2. or export session (conversation), rule & all other artifacts within the project directory and later open it using the Antigravity App (one timer, can hit context window limits)
  3. or use my MCP for querying antigravity IDE metadata (which makes it my pages and supports Claude IDE, Antigravity IDE & Codex) which is handy for an enterprise integrated environment.

My personal conclusion: Google is moving away from Antigravity IDE to Antigravity App by stripping Pro & Argo models.
