I noticed that a Google team member mentioned the Batch API issue has been resolved. However, from a user perspective, the issue doesn’t feel completely resolved yet.
Having to wait up to 24 hours to know if a job is stuck is a significant degradation in performance. Previously, when the batch API was functioning normally, jobs would transition to RUNNING almost immediately after the file upload and typically finish within about an hour.
Is this 24-hour wait time the new expected SLA, or is the team still actively working on restoring the previous processing speed? The current delay severely impacts our batching processing workflows.
