BATCH API JOBS are stuck at JOB_STATE_PENDING even after 24 hours. My whole business model is based on batch image generation using JSONL. Please help. Thanks.

Please note, I am developing Image generation to enhance School Pictures for 100’s of 1000’s of students and staff and it is imperative that the batch process works as expected.

Please note, this used to work when I was testing in Dec - Feb and used to finish well within 30 minutes.
Now as I was planning to launch in production, it got stuck.
I only used a singleton image generation for batch testing though.
