How to Cancel an EasyCash Loan (Latest 2026)

Don’t worry, how to cancel an EasyCash loan depends on its status.

Check Your Loan Status in the App First
This determines whether it can be canceled or not. Open the EasyCash app → “My Loans” menu. There are 2 possible statuses:

  1. Status “Under Review” / Funds Not Yet Disbursed
    → Can still be canceled. Proceed to step 2.
  2. Status “Approved” / Funds Already Disbursed to Bank Account
    → Cannot be canceled. However, early repayment is possible by contacting CS

If the Funds Have Already Been Disbursed, Make an Early Repayment
The only way to “cancel” once the money has been received:

  1. Open the app → check the total bill: principal + interest + fees
  2. Click “Pay Now” / “Early Repayment”
  3. Alternatively, transfer the funds back to the official EasyCash account as instructed by CS
  4. Keep the proof of transfer & confirm with CS

Tips to Get Your Cancellation Approved

  • Contact them <24 hours after submitting the loan cancellation
  • Use polite language & provide a clear reason
