Available Regions / don't meet age requirements

Hello,
I live in Germany and meet the age requirements, but I’m still unable to access Google AI Studio. I am getting redirected to this page: Available regions for Google AI Studio and Gemini API | Google AI for Developers.
Could you please help me understand why and how I can gain Access?
