Appeal Submitted – Still Receiving 403 PERMISSION_DENIED (Google AI Pro Subscriber)

Hello Antigravity Team,

I am writing to ask for help regarding my Antigravity account.

I submitted an appeal a few days ago and received only the automatic confirmation email. Since then, I have not received any update, so I wanted to ask if anyone from the team could help me understand the status of my case.

My current situation

  • I have an active Google AI Pro (Google One) subscription.
  • I can successfully sign in to both Antigravity Web and Antigravity CLI.
  • My existing projects are still visible in my workspace.
  • However, I cannot use Antigravity because every request returns the following error:


PERMISSION_DENIED (403)

This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service.
Please submit an appeal to continue using this product.

How I use Antigravity

I work as a Quality & Special Processes Engineering Supervisor in the aerospace manufacturing industry.

I use Antigravity only to develop internal engineering applications for my company.

Some of the projects I have developed include:

  • QT-Portal (Qualification Tracking Portal)
  • AI-based engineering specification analysis
  • Engineering document automation
  • Internal process management tools

These applications are used to improve engineering workflows, qualification management, and document control. They are not public services and are not used for any abusive or prohibited activity.

What I have already checked

  • Google AI Pro subscription is active.
  • Antigravity CLI is installed correctly.
  • Authentication is successful.
  • My projects are still accessible in the workspace list.
  • The same 403 PERMISSION_DENIED error appears in both the Web interface and the CLI.

My question

Could someone please let me know:

  • whether my appeal is currently under review,
  • whether additional information is required from me,
  • or whether there is anything I can do to help restore access?

Antigravity has become an important part of my daily engineering workflow, and I would sincerely appreciate any update.
