Products affected: Antigravity IDE, Gemini CLI, Gemini Code Assist — all return the same error:
“Eligibility check failed: PERMISSION_DENIED (code 403): This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service. Please submit an appeal to continue using this product.”
Timeline:
- Suspension first observed: September 16-17, 2026
- Official appeal form submitted previously without response; submitted again on September 18, 2026
Root cause (acknowledged): a third-party coding agent (opencode) on my machine was configured to access Antigravity through my account’s OAuth login. I did not realize that routing access this way violated the terms prohibiting third-party tools from piggybacking on product OAuth credentials.
Corrective actions already taken:
- Removed the third-party tool’s Antigravity account configuration and stored tokens
- Revoked all “Google Antigravity” and “Gemini Code Assist and Gemini CLI” OAuth grants at myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Deleted local OAuth credential caches
- Going forward I will only use the official Antigravity IDE and Gemini CLI, and use an AI Studio / Vertex API key for any third-party agent workflows
I am a paying Google AI Pro subscriber and depend on these tools for daily development work. Could a team member please review my case and reinstate access, or let me know what further steps are required? Happy to provide any additional verification.
Thank you.
