Hello Google Antigravity Support Team,
I am writing to respectfully request a review and reinstatement of my Antigravity CLI access. I am a Google AI Pro subscriber and rely heavily on the CLI for my daily development workflow.
When attempting to use the CLI, my account encountered a 403 restriction with the following output:
Eligibility Check
⎿ Eligibility check failed: PERMISSION_DENIED (code 403): This service has been disabled in this account for
violation of Terms of Service. Please submit an appeal to continue using this product.
Because of the missing-link UI bug in CLI 1.0.13, no specific appeal URL was generated in my terminal, which is why I am escalating this directly.
In the interest of full transparency, I believe I know exactly what triggered this flag. I recently found and applied a third-party preset from the internet, hoping to optimize my workflow. I genuinely did not realize that this specific preset violated the Terms of Service or operated outside the accepted usage guidelines.
This was a highly regrettable mistake born out of ignorance, not a deliberate attempt to abuse the API or bypass restrictions. I have taken time to review the documentation to ensure I understand the boundaries of the service now.
To correct this immediately, I have already:
- Completely deleted the unverified third-party preset from my machine.
- Cleared all local CLI cached credentials.
- Reset my environment back to the default, official Antigravity configuration.
