Hey everyone, I think I found a pretty weird bug with how Antigravity handles audio input.
I was testing out some different microphones, and I noticed that when the agent receives an empty or silent audio file (like when my mic was off or not picked up), it doesn’t just say “I can’t hear you.” Instead, it hallucinates an entire, super-detailed request out of thin air.
For example, I sent a silent audio clip, and the agent “transcribed” it as a request to build a “minimalist, premium home automation dashboard” with light and dark modes and subtle animations. Later, it did it again, thinking I wanted to recreate a case study as a standalone website.
The agent then went on to create full implementation plans and task lists for these fake projects before I could stop it. It’s pretty confusing because the hallucinations sound totally plausible and even use specific terms like “Stitch Loop skill.”
Has anyone else run into this? It would be great if the agent could just detect silence and ask for clarification instead of making up work!
