I use gemini-cli, in the global GEMINI.md, I write “Don’t write the code yet. Instead, first tell me your implementation plan, which should include the functions you intend to implement (including the received parameters and return values).”
Then I tell it to write a privacy-policy, it reply:“Okay, I’m ready. What’s next?”
