Am i doing wrong?

Am I doing something wrong, or is everybody having the same issue? Why isn’t anyone from the support team letting me know? I am posting every day but getting no response. I don’t even know how to get support for this issue to get a truly helpful fix. It’s been 10 days and I’ve spent hours on this, but it’s all going to waste
