Allowlist + DSQ increase request: gemini-3-pro-image-preview on Vertex AI

Hi Google AI Team,

Requesting allowlist access and DSQ allocation increase for the
following Vertex AI preview model:

Model: gemini-3-pro-image-preview

Project details:

  • GCP Project ID: fableform-p…
  • Endpoint: us-central1 (and global as needed)
  • Vertex AI API: Enabled
  • Billing: Enabled (active, paid)
  • Service account role: Vertex AI User (provisioned)

Issue: Hitting consistent 429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED on parallel image
generation calls. Two concurrent requests fail. DSQ allocation appears
to be at the new-project floor. No editable quota row visible in the
console for this model.

Use case: Image generation for a creative production application.
Production workload requires bursty parallel calls (multiple images
per session, generated concurrently).

Expected sustained load: 50-200 image generations per hour during
active sessions, with parallel concurrency of 4-8 simultaneous calls.

Requesting:

  1. Allowlist confirmation for this project on gemini-3-pro-image-preview
  2. DSQ allocation increase appropriate for production image generation
    workload
