AI Studio says “Project quota tier unavailable” for my new personal projects

Hi,

I’m using a personal Google account.

I created new Google Cloud projects by myself, imported them into AI Studio, and Generative Language API is already enabled.

But in AI Studio → Rate limits, I still see:

“Project quota tier unavailable”

Because of this, I cannot see the normal Free Tier limits.

I already tried multiple brand-new projects, but the same problem happens every time.

Has anyone fixed this before?

Is this a Google-side issue, or is there something else I need to do?

I can provide screenshots and Project ID if needed.

I am also having this issue, my old projects will still allow me to use the free tier, but any new projects created, or projects that i have been using, will show billing as “Unavailable”, and not allow Api requests, with the error of “Error: {“error”:{“message”:”{\n “error”: {\n “code”: 403,\n “message”: “Your project has been denied access.
Please contact support.”,\n “status”: “PERMISSION_DENIED”\n }\n}\n",“code”:403,“status”:“Forbidden”}}".
