AI pro refresh rate problem

Hi Support Team,

I am writing to escalate a critical bug with my paid Google One AI Pro subscription regarding the Antigravity feature.

Core Problem: The Antigravity usage quota resets to 7 days instead of the advertised 5 hours. This entirely blocks me from using the feature I paid for.

Account Details:

  • Account Email: my email

  • Subscription Tier: Google One AI Pro

  • Affected Users: My account AND all linked Family Share accounts. (although on family share accounts was acctually no usage that time)

Timeline of the Bug:

  1. I purchased AI Pro. The initial Antigravity refresh rate correctly showed 5 hours.

  2. After 5 hours, the UI bugged: the timer changed to 7 days and the usage quota did not refresh.

  3. I waited a full 7 days. The quota finally reset and showed 5 hours again.

  4. After 5 hours, the exact same bug occurred: the timer changed back to 7 days with no quota reset.

Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken (Without Success):

  • Re-logged into my Google account.

  • Tried sending in-app feedback with the “logs attached” checkbox (the app froze/failed to send even after hours).

  • Sent in-app feedback without logs (no response for a week).

  • Contacted Google Chat Support (they could not fix it and explicitly directed me to write to you).

Requested Resolution: I expect two actions from your side:

  1. Technical Fix: Permanently restore the correct 5-hour refresh cycle for my account and my Family Share members.

  2. Account Credit: Apply a 14-day extension to my current Google One AI Pro billing cycle to compensate for the two weeks of wasted subscription time or change it to higher tier Ultra as compensation for that time.

It looks like is similar to many other issues here.

There is a weekly baseline quota behind the normal 5 hour refresh system.

For Google AI Pro users, the 5 hour refresh is mainly for regular ongoing usage. But once the full weekly premium quota gets exhausted, the system can switch into a much longer cooldown until the next weekly cycle resets. That’s why you suddenly saw it jump from 5 hours to 7 days. please check this out Google Antigravity

The problem is that happen without any usage. It looks like rate limits were lower than on no paying account. Anyway in last few days looks like it improved. Anyway got new problems.
