Agy unusable after false violation of Terms of Service

,

Subject: Appeal: Antigravity CLI 403 PERMISSION_DENIED (First-time user false positive)

Account Email: banerj****gmail.com

Tool: Google Antigravity CLI

Environment: Linux / LAN SSH terminal

Error Message:

Eligibility check failed: PERMISSION_DENIED (code 403): This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service. Please submit an appeal to continue using this product.

Issue Description:

I am requesting a manual review and reinstatement of my account. I installed the agy CLI tool and attempted to authenticate for the very first time over an LAN SSH session. I have not submitted any prompts, run any automated scripts, or used unauthorized third-party wrappers.

My standard Google AI Studio and consumer Gemini accounts remain fully accessible and in good standing. I believe the LAN SSH environment / IP routing during the initial OAuth handshake triggered an automated anti-abuse false positive.

Please review my account logs to verify that no abusive requests were made, and restore my CLI access.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Hi @shayan_banerjee1 ,

Welcome to the Forum.

Your report regarding disabled account access has been routed to our dedicated Ban Appeal review queue. To help resolve this while the review team investigates, please follow the below steps:

1. Submit the Formal Appeal: If you haven’t already submitted a formal appeal via the link shown in the CLI error prompt, please do so first.

2. Verify Google Account Security Permissions: Ensure no third-party wrappers or proxies are active in your environment, and revoke any stale or third-party access grants in your [Google Account Security settings](https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).

3. Update to Antigravity CLI `v1.2.12` & Reset Session: Upgrade `agy` to the latest release (v1.2.12\) from the [official download page](Google Antigravity - Download). Once your appeal is processed, run `/logout` followed by `/login` in the CLI to sign in cleanly with your personal `@gmail.com` account.
