Hi Team,
I have been experiencing consistent issues with both Google Antigravity and Gemini CLI for the past two days, making it impossible to perform basic tasks.
Issue 1: Antigravity
- The agent fails on every request with the error: “Agent terminated due to error.”
- I also frequently see: “Our servers are experiencing high load.”
- This occurs even with simple prompts, such as checking website pages.
Issue 2: Gemini CLI
- I am successfully signed in with my Google account, and my plan is correctly identified as Google One AI Ultra.
- Every request fails with: 403 PERMISSION_DENIED – “The caller does not have permission.”
- This occurs even with basic prompts like “hello.”
Technical Details:
- OS: Windows
- Gemini CLI Version: 0.38.1
- Auth Method: Google Sign-in (OAuth)
- Debug Info: Requests to https://cloudcode-pa.googleapis.com/v1internal:streamGenerateContent return a 403 Forbidden error.
I have already attempted to resolve this by re-logging, clearing the local config and cache, and updating the CLI, but the issue persists. This appears to be an account-level permission or provisioning error.
Could you please verify if my account is properly enabled for these tools, check for any backend entitlement issues, and advise on a resolution? I have attached screenshots of the errors for your reference.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Emma bannett
