Agent execution terminates immediately

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with Google Antigravity where the Agent execution terminates almost immediately after starting a task.

Issue

I started an Agent task to:

Implement Shashtika AI Feature

The Agent starts processing, but after approximately one second it terminates with:

Error: Agent execution terminated due to error.

The UI also shows:

MCP Error

No files are modified after the Agent terminates.

Environment

  • OS: Windows

  • Model: Gemini 3.7 Flash High

  • Product: Google Antigravity

  • Task: Implement Shashtika AI Feature

Expected behavior

The Agent should execute the task normally and continue working on the project.

Actual behavior

The Agent terminates almost immediately and no changes are made to the project.

I’ve already submitted an official bug report through the Antigravity feedback form.

Has anyone else experienced this Agent execution terminated / MCP Error recently? Is there a known workaround or service issue?

I’ve attached a screenshot of the error.

Hello @Jeevasurya , Is this issue on latest version? If, not can you please download latest version from Antigravity.
If this issue is on latest version, could you please check the MCP schema and verify if the MCP configuration is compatible with the latest version? If it is compatible but still not working, could you please test it by removing the MCP (if it is not required) and let us know if the issue persists?
