Ability to select the region in OpenAI library

I would like to use the openAI library but also I wanted to know if it was possible to select the region my app is deployed in?
Like it would be to be able to call that endpoint

Hi, the Google AI Gemini API does not have a regional selector.
That’s specific to Vertex AI.
