I was wondering if Stitch could include a pre-defined selector to choose a specific design system—such as the new Material 3. Allowing users to select a design framework, combined with a detailed prompt, could help generate more accurate and context-aware design outputs.

This is a great suggestion, thank you for sharing this. We’re thinking of a feature like that, to potentially import your own design system as well.

I think your challenge is, Figma has largely failed to build a robust set of tools for managing design systems and there is no real standard taxonomy/naming convention for components or styles. This feels the same to me as why MCP is emerging as a necessary layer between LLM and API services. First step may be for google to define the model for us to translate/map to, in order to fine-tune our own models.

Yes you are right. I have also faced same while using anima, since there is no standard for naming. Just like W3C sets standards for browsers, google call others to set a guideline or similar.
