500 Internal Error when caching on Vertex API

Following the context caching tutorial notebook causes 500 Internal Error. I’m on google-cloud-aiplatform==1.75.0 on Python 3.12. I also tried on the Google Colab but still having the same issue.

It could be a temporary Vertex AI service issue. Try again later or check the Vertex AI status dashboard.
