Hi, for some reason my Gemini API Billing is saying I have 0 credits, but the page clearly shows I have $10 available. All my requests are returning as RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED. I have tried unlinking/relinking the billing account to the project, and generating a new API key, nothing is working. Billing account ID: Billing Account ID (0107C7-BACD9D-C564..) and Project (ShalaFlow).

Could you clarify whether the $10 balance displayed on your page was added directly to your AIS prepaid wallet or if it is Google Cloud promotional credits?
Note: Prepay users must purchase Prepaid credits before they can use any Google Cloud credits that are eligible for the Gemini API. Once you have an active Prepay credit balance, eligible Google Cloud credits are consumed before your Prepay credit balance. When your Prepay credit balance on the billing account hits $0, Google Cloud credits will no longer be consumed.
Your project ShalaFlow... is currently linked to an active billing account. If your $10 balance is Google Cloud promotional credits, an active AIS prepaid wallet deposit is required before promotional credits can be consumed.

Check your AIS billing page (https://aistudio.google.com/billing) to verify your active AIS prepaid wallet balance
If the $10 balance is Google Cloud promotional credits, add at least $10 to your AIS prepaid wallet to unlock credit usage
If your AIS prepaid wallet is already funded and you still face issues, let us know.
