As a poor person I am programming a social app to combat loneliness. Already got praised for it and i am almost done. Now you ruined my day and maybe app because my pro account no longer allows me to use 3.1 flash all day. The 3.5 empties so fast.

Please think of us who really struggle. Do you want to make the world better for rich corporations or people only?

Why remove efficient models that work? 3.1 flash did what I needed.

I would try OpenCode + the DeepSeek API on there. It’s truly insane how much use you can get with deepseek for just $20 worth in API costs. DeepSeek V4 Flash should work about as well if not better than gemini 3.1 flash. Super easy to get it all set up too - sure there’s tons of tutorials on it online if you run into any issues!
