my personal account have been mistakenly rerouted to enterprise account
Hi @Fady_Azmy,
Thank you for reporting this issue. This error occurs when your sign-in is treated as needing an enterprise/business license, but no active license is found for the account.
To switch back to your personal account, please follow these steps:
- Reset your cached session:
- Antigravity IDE: Open the Command Palette (
Ctrl+Shift+Pon Windows/Linux orCmd+Shift+Pon macOS) and run Antigravity: Reset Onboarding. This signs you out and restarts sign-in. - Antigravity CLI: Type
/logoutin the CLI, then/login. If you setAGY_ADC_AUTH(Google Cloud credentials) in your environment, unset them and restart the CLI first.
- Antigravity IDE: Open the Command Palette (
- Sign in again with your personal account: When prompted, select your personal @gmail.com account, not an Enterprise, Workspace SSO, or Google Cloud option.
- If the error still appears: Please reply here with the Error ID shown with the error message, your Antigravity platform and version, your country and whether you have a Google AI Pro/Ultra subscription on this account.
Always upgrade to the latest version of Antigravity.

Windows (PowerShell)
powershell

-
Windows (Command Prompt) [1, 2]
cmd: google it as the forum would not allow more links from me.
Use code with caution.
- Ran
agy - I was provided a verify link and I scanned it and it started to work.
did u found any solution for this bug ?
I am completely locked out of the Antigravity IDE due to a persistent Error #3501 (“You do not have a valid license of this product”). Account Type: Personal Account (Standard @gmail.com) Plan: Free Starter Quota Tier Troubleshooting Steps Already Completed: 1. Fully uninstalled and reinstalled the application. 2. Manually deleted the hidden %APPDATA%\Antigravity and ~/.gemini configuration folders. 3. Attempted to log in via clean Incognito browsing sessions. 4. Tested the login loop with 2 completely different alternative personal emails, but Error #3501 remains on all of them. Since this issue is persisting across clean accounts on my machine, it appears my client app configuration is forcefully routing to the enterprise cloud validation endpoint rather than checking my personal consumer entitlement. Could a backend administrator please verify my account routing flags and manually reset the license/entitlement settings for my profile?

i did these steps, still gettting the same error
Update: I Didn’t find any solution to:
You do not have a valid license of this product. Please contact your administrator to request a license. If you are not an enterprise user and believe you are receiving this message as an error, please try using the latest version and logging in again. (#3501)
i did everything even waited few days but still no action happened
Hi @Fady_Azmy, @Ahmed_Mohamed10 @Debra_Norris,
Thank you for reporting. To resolve this, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Open the standalone Antigravity 2.0 application (not the IDE).
- Attempt to log in, and complete the account verification / QR code scan when prompted.
- Once verified, return to your Antigravity IDE and try logging in again.
Update: it works now but now i cant sunbsribe to any plan: this account is ineligible for higher rate limits through a Google AI plan at this time.
but my country is supported and i checked what country is my account associated and it confirms that i am in Egypt so idk
.
