From 28th Feb 2026 Google AI Studio started functioning, but partially. Since then I am facing 3 issues:
- Existing code is either not working properly, or need’s to be updated. But I do not know why it should be updated, because it was working correctly before 19th Feb 2026.
- Some files are already updated without any information or trace.
- And GEMINI AI, who created all this code, is failing to resolve these issues. I am constantly being bombarded with ‘Quota exceeded. Please try again later’ message.
Essentially from 19th Feb onwards Google AI studio was not available, and when it started partially from 28th Feb, it created problems in existing code. I am putting all the time to bring back my code’s functionality back to normal working state. And Gemini AI is failing in these efforts.
And, may be I am likely to billed for this inactive period as well as for rectifying the issues, which themselves are creted due to update in Google AI studio, with the help of GEMINI AI but with no success.
Attached is the image showing my last 90 days usage of GOOGLE AI STUDIO. It is my normal usage pattern for Google AI studio. For 28th feb and 1st Mar 2026 it shows extremely high usage (and equally high billing amount) where the Google AI studio and Gemini AI both were not functioning properly. Is Google charging for faulty providing tools and API services?
I hope Google will consider this Google AI Studio Outage period during billing. Can any one throw light on this billing topic?
