As we balance giving the best possible quotas and maintaining fairness between users, especially under incredible demand, we’ve established weekly limits for all models. When I signed up for the Pro plan, it explicitly stated “Generous allotments and 5 hour resets”. That was what I signed up for and what I paid Google for. If that’s not what you are delivering, you need to refund every pro plan member their subscription.
