Why are image limits applied to Pro accounts?

Hello Google Flow Support Team,

I am experiencing an erroneous rate-limit bug (False Lockout) with the “Nano Banana Pro” model during image generation. The system blocks me with the message stating that I exceeded the daily limit.

However, my account is under the Google AI Pro subscription, and I still have 940 Google Flow credits remaining. The daily limits should only apply to video generation, not images. It seems the backend system is incorrectly applying video rate-limits to image generation tasks.

Kindly investigate this bug and reset my backend model counter.
